On 6/14/2024, the Department conducted an initial investigation at the facility. It was alleged the facility did not maintain the fuel/diesel for the back-up power generator causing power outages. On 4/22/2024 at approximately 12:24pm, the facility power generator had low fuel which caused a power outage. At approximately 1:23pm, the power was restored at the facility.
