What we collect. Covelight Care collects contact information that you voluntarily provide to us (such as your name, phone number, and email address) when you request placement assistance. We do not collect any contact information unless you choose to give it to us.

Care needs you tell us about. If you use the matching wizard or ask us to check availability, you may tell us about the care a person needs — for example memory care, mobility, hospice, or help with daily living. We store what you tell us, because it is what makes a match honest rather than a guess. When you explicitly consent, and only then, we send it to the specific home or homes you named, and to no one else.

Public records. The facility information displayed on this site is drawn from California Department of Social Services public records.

No sale of data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Text messaging. If you opt in to text messages from Covelight Care, your mobile number and your opt-in consent are used only to send the messages you asked for. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time.

California residents (CCPA). California residents may submit privacy rights requests — including requests to know, delete, or opt out of sale — by contacting us. CCPA contact: privacy@covelightcare.com.

Facility operators. If you are a facility operator and your information appears on this site, it is drawn from California DSS public licensing records. Contact us at the address above with questions.
