Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Troy Ordonez and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Graham Gunby arrived unannounced on 06/27/2025 to complete and deliver findings to a complaint received on 03/18/2025. LPM and LPA met with Administrator, Tatiana Danu, and explained the purpose of the visit. Throughout the course of the investigation, the department conducted interviews and record reviews.
