Allegation investigated: Facility did not adequately provide food to residents while in care. Facility staff are consuming alcohol beverage while on duty.
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) David Marrufo conducted an unannounced complaint investigation visit and met with Modesta Aquino. On 08/18/2025, the department received a complaint with the above allegations. On 08/26/2025, LPA Marrufo conducted an initial complaint investigation visit. Allegation - Facility did not adequately provide food to residents while in care. On 08/26/2025, LPA Marrufo toured the facility kitchen refrigerator, pantries, and garage refrigerator. LPA Marrufo observed the refrigerators and pantries stocked with food, including frozen meats and pizzas, bags of bread, containers of grains and cereals, canned fruits, sauces, and soups, and bowls of fresh fruits.
