On February 09, 2026, at 9:45 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Avelina Martinez arrived at the facility unannounced to conduct interviews and deliver complaint findings. LPA Martinez met with Corina Dragnea and explained the purpose of today's visit. Confidential interviews were conducted with seven individuals during the period of August 15, 2025, to February 09, 2026. Based on interviews conducted, facility tour, and records reviewed, it was determined that there was not sufficient evidence to substantiate the above complaint allegations. LPA Martinez interviewed four out of four residents. Information gathered from residents' interviews did not corroborate the above allegations. Additionally, three out of three staff members indicated all exit doors are kept free from obstruction. LPA Martinez also conducted a tour of the facility and inspected exit doors on February 09, 2026. The facility exit doors were free from obstruction during today's inspection.
