Families who choose your home, introduced to you
Families ask us to check homes for them. When one picks yours and you have room, we introduce her to you: her first name, her number, the care she needs and when she hopes to move.
Signing opens when our terms are final. Your free page works today.
How an introduction works
01She picks your home
A family searching Covelight chooses a few homes, yours among them, and asks us to check them. We never send her to a home she did not pick.
- Your home
- Picked by her
- Care she needs
- In her words
- When
- Her timing
02We call you
We ask whether you have room and can meet the care she describes. If you can’t, say so and nothing more happens.
- Room?
- Yes or no
- Her care?
- Yes or no
- Fee talk
- Only if you ask
03You call her
If you have room and she agreed, you get her first name, her number, the care she needs and when she hopes to move. The first time, you accept the terms with one tap.
Her number reaches you only after she taps a button that names your home. Covelight never texts her for you, and her sign-up for our texts is never passed to you.
- First name
- Hers
- Number
- Hers
- Care and timing
- In her words

Questions homes ask
Something else? Email hello@covelightcare.com and a person will answer.
We already work with a referral agency.
Introductions are not exclusive, so keep the agencies you use. If an agency told you about the same family before we did, there is no fee from us.
Will you bill us for families we already knew?
No. If the family, or anyone on her behalf, contacted you before our introduction, there is no fee. Tell us the date and how, with a dated call log, CRM entry or email. If another source claims her too, billing waits while we check.
Does signing change where our home appears?
No. Families see homes in order of distance and of how well each page’s facts match what they ask for. Signing, declining an introduction or stopping never changes your page or your position.
Who should sign?
Someone who can sign for the licensee named on your state license, such as an owner, an administrator with that authority or a corporate officer. Each home signs once.
What do you need from us after a move-in?
Tell us the move-in date and the monthly charges within 5 business days, and confirm after 30 days that she still lives with you. We invoice only after that.
Can we stop?
Yes, anytime, by email. Introductions already made keep their terms for 180 days. Your free page is never affected.
What does a smaller home sign?
The same terms, which say homes with fewer than 16 licensed beds never pay. They cover how introductions reach you and how to tell us about a move-in.
